Alongside its own factory, RONDA works with a selected network of 100+ contracted factories dedicated exclusively to six winterwear categories. Projects are designed for designer and premium brands, with standard orders evaluated from a 100-piece starting point and production and QC milestones matched to style, materials, construction and schedule.
Materials and Brand Collaboration
RONDA coordinates shell fabrics, insulation, linings, support materials, zippers, closures, hardware, tapes, thread and packaging around brand positioning and product construction, validating key materials at sampling. Brand and material displays refer to existing project records or accessible resources; specifications, minimums, price and timing are confirmed case by case.
Own Factory and 100+ Selected Contracted Factories
RONDA handles core winterwear production through its own factory and supplements category-, process- and schedule-specific capacity through 100+ selected contracted factories. The network serves six winterwear categories only, focusing on small-batch rapid response for designer and premium brands, with project records for production launch, first-piece approval, key-process inspections and final garment inspection.
