Each project follows defined stages: brief, style and construction review, material approval, sampling, pre-production approval, production, quality checks and delivery.

Brief and Materials

First confirm category, style, measurements, quantity, colors, target cost, market and delivery window. Materials are then matched against design needs and supplier minimums. Information and material readiness directly affect timing.

Sampling Stage

Standard samples can be ready from 7 days. Actual timing depends on structure, material arrival, construction complexity, fitting feedback and revision rounds. Complex performance styles or special materials require a separate schedule.

Production and Delivery

Production begins after measurements, materials, colors, construction, packaging and quality requirements are approved. Standard bulk production uses 15–30 days as a reference; first-piece, key-process, in-line, final QC and dispatch records are maintained, with final timing following the confirmed schedule.
